Equifax announced, in September of 2017, a data breach that exposed the personal information of 147 million people. Follow the first link below to see if you qualify for this Data breach settlement. You can get free credit monitoring for 10 years or $125. You can also make claims for cash payments (capped at $20,000 per person) for expenses you paid as a result of the breach. Claims for current out-of-pocket losses or time spent are due by Jan. 22, 2020 but Class Members can file claims for future losses and time until Jan. 22, 2024.
